Joyce Oglesby is the founder and Apostolic team leader of House of Mercy Ministries. This ministry is an Apostolic center where the Body of Christ is trained and equipped. It is also a center for the miraculous healing and recovery of the whole person; spirit, soul, and body. Joyce believes that the same anointing and power which Jesus manifested in His single human body will also manifest through His corporate Body, the church. She is intensely passionate that Christians are properly trained so they can be released for the work of the ministry, advancing the Kingdom of God throughout the earth.
Joyce lives in Williams, Arizona with her husband Nathan. They have lived there for twenty-three years. They previously lived in Prescott, Arizona.
Lisa Miller is on the council and Apostolic team at House of Mercy. She functions in a very strong prophetic gifting. She speaks with accuracy in words of knowledge and is used greatly in prophetic intercession. Lisa also has gifts in exhortation and sharing the heart of God. Lisa lives in Williams, Arizona
